Welcome to BDA Futures! By enrolling in our programs and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our courses and programs.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a course at BDA Futures, you ("Student") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not enroll in any of our programs.

2. Enrollment and Registration
To enroll in a course, students must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees. Registration is not considered complete until full payment is received and confirmed by BDA Futures.

3. Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees for each course are outlined on our website and in course materials. Payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course unless alternative payment arrangements are made and confirmed by our administration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment and request a refund within 14 days of the start date of the course. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. BDA Futures reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case students will receive a full refund.

5. Class Attendance
Regular attendance is crucial for successful completion of the program. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. 

6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions that negatively impact the learning environment may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided by BDA Futures are the intellectual property of the school. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without express written permission from BDA Futures.

8. Liability Waiver
BDA Futures aims to provide a safe educational environment. However, participation in hands-on training and construction activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, students agree to assume all risks and waive any claims against BDA Futures for injuries or damages sustained during their participation in programs and activities.

9. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bermuda.

10. Modifications
BDA Futures reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued enrollment and participation in our programs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete understanding between the Student and BDA Futures regarding enrollment, participation, and use of services and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
