Welcome to Rollin Rentals! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging with our mobile tool rental services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By renting tools and services from Rollin Rentals, you ("Renter") agree to the terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from renting our tools and services.

2. Rental Agreement
Each rental transaction will be governed by a separate rental agreement that specifies the tools rented, rental duration, rental fees, and any additional terms.

3. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the start date specified in your rental confirmation and ends on the return date agreed upon. Renter must return all rented tools by the specified return time.

4. Rental Fees and Payment
Renter agrees to pay all rental fees as specified during the booking process. Payments must be made in full at the time of rental confirmation. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or missing components.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within (10 miniutes) of the scheduled rental time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made outside

(10 miniutes) of the rental time will incur a cancellation fee.

6. Responsibility for Tools
Renter is fully responsible for the care and custody of all rented tools during the rental period. Renter agrees to return the tools in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately to Rollin Rentals, and Renter agrees to assume financial responsibility  repairs or replacements.

7. Liability Waiver
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Rollin Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the rented tools. Rollin Rentals is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the rental period.

8. Tool Condition
Renter acknowledges that they have inspected the rented tools upon receipt and found them in good working order. Any issues must be reported before use; otherwise, Renter accepts the tools as is.

9. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Bermuda.

10. Modifications
Rollin Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Renter and Rollin Rentals regarding tool rentals and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
